      Very team oriented. Most projects encourage collaboration, so you’re not left alone. Senior engineers are always willing to help and impart knowledge.

      Cons

      The challenges aren’t negative, they’re still positive. There are times you might work on multiple projects at the same time.

      Lots of flexibility in schedule Great Benefits (Health, Dental, etc) Socials (Summer Picnic, Golf Tournament, Hockey games, etc.) Coworkers are incredibly friendly and kind Growing in size Many opportunities to learn and grow professionally

      Cons

      Projects aren't always super interesting but you're always learning new things.
