      Pros

      -Rarely work overtime. -Provides you with some opportunities to build connections in the field. -Some friendly co-workers, and not too much work, at least when I was there.

      Cons

      -Basically manual work, with no chance to use SQL or Python on the job. -Strict regulation on the 'internal intel' that sometimes becomes annoying. -Wage is just FAIR in Shanghai.
