Pros
A solid company that seems to keep growing. There are really good employees and genuinely nice and professional people. Pays well compared to industry.
Cons
The focus continues to shift from quality work expectations to mass volume of work. There is almost no administrative support yet the amount of work expected is very unrealistic. Little help or support from management.
