Pros
Great company to work for and continues to find support employees. Compared to other companies they are in it for the long haul. If you're looking to rise up in the organization, work hard and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Basically brag a little but respect everyone.
Cons
Not much I can think of. Depends on the position and department, especially what region you're located in. Accommodating to employees but they started to disallow certain departments from working remotely, like Underwriting. Big company and corporate feel can be a con to most people.
