Pros
The removal of specialized claim persons is long overdue. The addition of Alterra claim personnel has been a positive impact that has allowed for a change to continue to evolve the prior process of over thinking the simple tasks of claims handling in obtaining facts, damages and liability.
Cons
There are 3 to 4 persons doing the same thing. There are numerous forms and tasks that create the sense that completing forms is more important than handling the claim.
