Pros

Coworkers are generally nice and helpful

Cons

Leadership clearly both distrusts employees and sees them all as easily replaceable. Employees are given little to no training or support and are instead constantly put down for not knowing how to perform jobs they are not trained for. The turnover is extremely high- most US based project managers leave within 3-9 months- you speak to someone about a program or process, and then the next week they have already left the company. Employees are scared of being fired and so keep their heads down until they have a new job lined up then leave in a panic with little notice.

Pros

There are no pros if I did not get hired

Cons

Pay advertised was not accurate * Lack of transparency in compensation * Wasted time and travel expenses I had a very frustrating experience with the hiring process. I attended the interview and was told my performance was “perfect,” which made it seem like I was a strong candidate. However, the role was advertised at a minimum of $30/hour, and later I was told the actual pay was closer to $20/hour. That’s a major discrepancy and feels very misleading. On top of that, I ultimately received a rejection despite the positive feedback. Between the misleading pay and the outcome, this process felt inconsistent and unprofessional. I also spent time and money on travel (gas) to attend the interview, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a waste of time and could have been avoided with clearer and more honest communication upfront.
