      Working is great, the environment is friendly and supportive. There is a lot to learn and having savvy coworkers is a big plus.

      Cons

      There are days when you really see what the institution is lacking, which can be demoralizing. While many things can be improved, some things cannot be changed.

      Pros

      Fast paced atmosphere serving lots of high profile media and entertainment companies. Big custom department builds lots of interesting stuff for clients. Lots of hands on education from visiting manufacturers and internal staff. Super modern office with a high fun-factor. In-house manufacturing group constantly turning new gear out. Based next to famous Woodstock, NY so lots of stuff going on in the community.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much going on at once. You have to like a warp speed environment.
