Pros
Call centre by name, call centre by nature. Good for students or those looking for occassional, part-time work. Market Probe employ people on zero hours contracts - they have no obligation to provide you with shifts and reserve the right to cancel your shift at any time.
Cons
It takes ages to get paid. You are aid by cheque on a monthly basis and you have to come in to the offices, during working hours, to pick it up. It can take up to 4/5 days to get the cheque cleared with your bank. Terrible kitchen and recreational facilities for staff - consists of 2 microwaves, out of order hot drinks machine and a broken sofa. Overall delapidated and depressing offices.
