      1. overtime 2. No concern for employees 3. Highly underpaid 4. Top management act as they are caring but say these things are good for the company every company does it (overtime, underpaying) 5. Company tries to pay its employees as less as possible 6. More than 50% of the employees are currently searching for a new role. 7. Does not follow best practices so career growth is hard
