      + Flexible work environment, lots of discretion + Cool downtown Chico office + Free Snacks +Cool and smart people to work with Great company for those who like to take projets and run with little oversight and discretion. A great place to work if you are interested in steering your own destiny.

      Cons

      - Unstructured work envrionment - Lack of supervision - Lack of formal training You have to learn a lot, and a lot on your own to be successful here. Very entrepreneurial, not for those that need lots of training or enjoy lots of supervision.

      Pros

      Creative open floor layout providing the ability to interact and collaborate with anyone and everyone. The best part is having a say in the direction of the company. Unlike a large corporation, a start up gives the freedom to have your voice be heard. Transparency is great in the company, being able to understand where the financial positioning of the business is is very helpful!

      Cons

      Start ups have ups and downs, and you have to have the ability to grind it out when times are tough. Start ups aren't for everyone.
