Pros
Competitive foosball is a surprising bright spot in an otherwise miserable work environment.
Cons
Extremely high staff turnover. Excluding the management and family members, I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the company has cycled through 7 full sets of employees over the last decade. The morale is low. It's simply degrading to work for the management there. The work is extremely repetitive and the opportunity for advancement is nonexistent. In order to advance, you would have to make a strong case as to the increased value you are adding to the company... which on the surface seems reasonable but considering that the company is floundering/constantly losing clients and that your position likely doesn't have a lot of expansion opportunities, it isn't very likely.
