Cons
Hard work, many deadlines and a fast paced schedule which may not appeal or be optimal for everyone. If you thrive in this type of environment you will succeed and be rewarded. Best suited for entrepreneurial spirits who do not need continual supervision and are able to sustain individual /independent visions of growth which align with the company vision. During show season 9 to 5 does not exist however this is how this industry functions as shows happen on weekends.
