      - Transpareny in successes, challenges, processes, and more if you request! - Prioritizes issues and demands - Appreciates everyone's voices and contribution - Very supportive and willing to share knowledge - No micromanagement, we are trusted to complete our own work - No blaming on any individual, holds weight on entire team's reponsibility - Lots of career growth opportunities, so many cool stuff to build!! - Fast in acknowledging issues and taking actions - You can wear many hats to challenge your capabilities - Fully remote (NYC office is available for on-site work environment) - Good work life balance (CEO demands at least 2 weeks of vacation per year!!) - Unlimited PTO

      I don’t think it’s a con, but like any startup Marpipe has a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines at times.

      • Bold, agile team willing to take smart risks in the name of hyper-growth • Minimal red tape; "ask for forgiveness rather than permission" mentality • Remote-first culture, customer-centric focus, fun and fast-paced environment • A marketer's dream: a cool piece of tech built for like-minded marketing/advertisers with a great story and real results for its customers

      I love it here, but here are a couple of reasons why Marpipe might not be for everyone: • A lean team means you wear tons of hats and must prioritize/set boundaries and expectations • As with many early-stage startups, many processes are being created as we go which can be tough for those who need a ton of structure
