The workload I was burned with was overwhelming, and I found myself working around the clock for a mere pittance. It became evident that I was being takin advantage of, and my frustrations grew with each passing day. The company's leaders and managers showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding regarding the toll this workload was taking on my well-being. One particular instance that highlights the illogical approach of the CEO was when I was asked to create a new spreadsheet to track employee productivity. This workplace culture was not only exhausting but also a breeding ground for employee harassment and discrimination, making it a place I'd strongly advise others to steer clear of!
