Growing pains felt for all - Anonymous employee Mars Cheese Castle Employee Review

While the Mars Cheese Castle does its best to present itself as the delicatessen representative of the state of Wisconsin, it is far from making that mark. Its products are actually not difficult to source from many other retailers in the surrounding area at much lower prices, there is virtually no room for advancement within the company, and beyond entry level positions for seasonal help happy to work anywhere for a brief time, I can't imagine any person who has taken the time to produce a resume would be happy they took the time to bring it to the Mars Cheese Castle. There is a total lack of leadership, no strong sales strategies to speak of, and an unhappy culture permeating the business.
