Pros
Work from home, decent pay but not up to industry standards. Decent bonus opportunities but it changes and is based on producer growth which isn't something we can help with. so it was less the second year than the first.
Cons
Men win everytime, not equal pay between men and women. Company is reactive instead of proactive with filling roles. Tries to stay culturally relevant at the cost of their employees. Not a great pay system for young producers, not a lot of pay growth for account managers
