      Work life balance thanks to Hybrid Working, great team to work with, interesting clients, less stressful than working at an insurer. Private healthcare included (UK)

      Cons

      Feel underpaid for the level of work thats done. Changes happen frequently to structure with little to no input for the average worker. Bigger focus on AI tools and jobs going abroad creating a sense of instability and uncertainty regarding the future.
