The Martec Group is a great company to work for. The people are extremely hard working, intelligent, and care about the work. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunity, exposing analysts to lots of people, industries, and companies that have helped me in my career.

You may need to learn quickly about niche industries, but I think this is a positive thing as it keeps the work feeling fresh and non-stagnant.
