Daily business goes pretty smooth.
Cons
A company that has valid professionals but loves too much vertical hierarchy. People are mostly good and valuable, but the company “doesn’t accept” the fact that they’re not so big to justify that amount of complexity in internal processes. Decisions are always taken behind closed doors by a handful of people with no one else in the loop: a pseudo-agility begins and ends with R&D.
