Pay is good. But not great.
Cons
They cannot retain people. People who show up and work hard are fired for production not at top levels. People are terminated in the 1st 90days for getting sick or injured. If you end up on workman's comp. Look for work you will be fired pretty fast once they can. Sexual harassment has been pretty bad and people are getting terminated fast. There are some pretty nice people who have survived. But are in fear all the time that they are next. One supervisor was fired after a drink was ordered at a off site celebration. Others terminated for missing up to 3 days total in 90 days or going home sick. The measurements for how many cases that a picker needs to pick is based on the fastest and best people who don't pick anymore. Today's post pandemic worker is totally different. They are burning people out. They are working people 9 days straight. Plus many other things..... The Gm is a major people pleaser. He has only been with the company under 2 years. And will cave if enough people cry problems....
