Free Snacks. Some Good People. Somewhat close to a train station.
Cons
Lack of leadership. No direction. Bad Management (Lots of meetings, little action is had) Insanely high turnover. Lack of perks. "Dog Friendly" in reality means dealing with constant barking. Many people hard to approach or dismissive. Open office
