      - Steady hours, rare overtime - Monday through Friday for most people - Holidays off - Good vacation time - Decent pay raises - Can get in a decent walk

      Cons

      - Very little talking allowed - When overtime is needed, they have a hard time getting around people's needs - Without degree, you can't move up
