Pros

T accessible (close to Green Line) Flexible schedules Close to places to eat Close to hospitals

Cons

You have NO set schedule. You're basically at their beck and call. And that's great if you have no other obligations (i.e. spouse, significant other, kids, etc). But, if you're like most people, not having a set schedule can prove to be difficult. They also micro manage. It's an extremely small call center and very tight spaces. You don't get your own desk, you use a different one each shift. The bathroom is right next to the phones. You also use other people's headsets, which was gross. And you have managers breathing down your neck, literally. Because their office is right near your phones. It's a decent second job if you need to pick up extra cash, etc, but it's a really, really high turnover rate. I'd suggest getting night shift or even overnights, as managers aren't there and they just leave you to do your job and don't hassle you as long as you don't make too many mistakes.

Pros

- Organization cares about people - Great benefits - Solid internal communication across leadership to employee base- knowledge and functional alignment of strategic priorities - Opportunities to work with many talented individuals including at business units - Collaborative & inclusive group, focused on continuous improvement

Cons

Working in a decentralized/center-led environment can sometimes be challenging due to the added complexity. However, there is a well-established approach and culture that allows you to navigate effectively.

Pros

Great teams, coworkers, some flexibility although that seems to be changing.

Cons

Health insurance is fair at best, decent salaries, upper management says the right things, but doesn’t necessarily follow through. Leadership tends to look the same (male, older, old school).
