      All in all, the experience gained here can be good applied elsewhere. Highly recognized within industry. Great people to work with (co-workers)

      Cons

      Lack of comminication was extremely high. Irrational descions made in all levels of work and product. Family owned and operated.Work done by lower level but credit given to "names" within company... usually family
