-Low Salaries - Poor Training ((I started as an intern, and my supervisor did not seem adequately prepared to train new people, as he often struggled to explain tasks clearly.) - Lack of Communication -I often perceived the HR team as not fully aligned or supportive, which made some processes more challenging

Great team members and people

The HR department does not bother to get to know the employees, they just make some decisions regardless of territorial, religious and national affiliation. Everything else is good in the company except the HR department
