Pros
The original products were interesting to work on. Anywhere from the grips to the optical encoder and quadrants. It was interesting prior to being acquired by TransDim. Once that happened, the innovation stopped and the price gouging began.
Cons
The engineering department has become a product line support and no longer a design house. The need for profits make it hard to keep top talent so your, every month, heads roll.
