Pros
I worked for MASS twice; from 1990 - 1994, and then later for a year after I partially-recovered from a lethal disease, in 2013 -2014.
MASS is a dynamic company that leads its Industry (Metal Technology) by virtue of heavily-investing in both its customers and employees, and during my initial time there in the 1990's, I participated in creating the organization's initial ISO 9001/ISO 13485 Registration....which resulted in me gaining skills and experience that translated into powering my subsequent career as a successful Quality Director/ISO Management Representative professional.
Indeed- I went on to Certify 13 different Metal companies and/or their various divisions by using the experience and skills I first learned at MASS.
Life and your career can only be what YOU make of it....so make something of yourself!
Verdict: MASS Precision is a company that best-serves the kind of employees that display initiative- if you raise your hand and say "I'll take-on that challenge...." MASS might well be the place where you find out that you can soar.
Of course...MASS isn't perfect...and like all organizations that are constantly pushing the limits of delivering top-shelf products and services to their customers, sometimes there are temporary setbacks. But the Compnay's Initial Quality Vision and its Core philosophy that the Original Founders of MASS (Al Stucky and Mel Shmucker) envisioned back in the late 1980's remain alive and vibrant today, and that insistence on remaining a World-Class Metal Supplier will continue to keep MASS at the forefront of 21st Century Metal production.
Cons
There is nothing negative about MASS that would prevent an ambitious person from succeeding.
