-401K -PTO -Annual Bonuses -Annual Raises -Discounted Life Insurance Policies -Sweet and understanding clients -Helpful peers and professional peers(most of the time)

Cons

-Micro management you have people from various amount of teams crossing your Ts and dotting your I’s. -No consistency no real team oriented director is just a name no actual relationship team building. -Anyone seems they can coach you on things they aren’t correct about management can’t answer some things clients are upset and angry 50% of the time and MassMutual does not provide the resources and tools to succeed in the position. -People in position of power are rude and condescending.

• Decent benefits • Some good individual contributors and colleagues.

Cons

• Extremely high workload — regularly expected to work 60-80+ hours per week • Constant scope changes with unrealistic expectations and impossible deadlines • Upper management was disconnected and showed little concern for employee well-being • Highly political environment where internal politics often outweighed actual performance • Mass layoffs that eliminated roughly half the engineering team, followed by offshoring many roles to India — even after many of us had dedicated 4+ years to the company • Extremely stressful and unsustainable culture leading to widespread burnout
