A fairly open platform in terms of product choice
Cons
Extremely outdated managers and sales coaches. The type of guys living on residuals or an inherited book from 30 years ago who will throw you off of chasing serious clients in favor of making a 200$ commission term life insurance sale. An extreme focus on putting "numbers on the board" rather than getting paid. The methodology is also awful, Cold calling non-clients from a "spam likely" flagged number is beyond pointless.
