This is the worst workplace because management doesn't know what it wants and wants the staff to follow them blindly. The membership is terrible because of the fact that management doesn't know if they should charge people or leave the file. There is a lot of disorganization. I worked there at the Massage Addict in Stoney Creek on Paramount and tried to follow what my manager wanted us to do most of the time. I would get in trouble for following orders. All she cares about is the membership. When they fire people, they also don't give a reason. The director hired way too many people for the first desk, so most people didn't get shifts even though when you get hired, they tell you that you'll be getting 25 hrs, but you barely receive that. They don't care about their workers. They want laundry, billing, payment handling, and cleaning done in an hour—a lot of stress for little pay.

Cons

Lower than normal hourly pay Very difficult to see the same client to treat their condition. Piece meal therapy.
