      Pros

      Hard working people on the plant floor. Supervisors are good.

      Cons

      Dishonest in their hiring practices. High turnover. North America is too focused on growth that they don't see they are driving people out the door.

      Great work environment, very friendly, safety is taken very seriously and management helps with growth within the company and personal career goals.

      Cons

      Can get hot in the summer but cold water is always provided and mandatory breaks are set in place depending on temperature
