- rigid and randomized break hours - constant micromanagement for part timers with pro rated salary, in which 3 minutes of lateness equates to a 15-minute pay deduction in their books - Store is undermanned during busy season - You will get sent home or denied workdays if the store is not busy, despite having prior arrangements to work. This puts staff with pro rated salary at a severe disadvantage.
