highly conducive environment, especially for new graduates; good company values; humility is at the core of almost every employee. Free to work, freedom of growth, freedom of speech, self respect, unlimited training, founded by IIM graduates, constant growth product based company so have very good oppurtunity in future to grow
Cons
leadership has become stagnant, old views are imposed, organisation not growing, giving variable allowance partial only Salary not as per industry standard archaically functioning
