Disgusting career experience. - Recruitment Associate Master Mind Consultancy Employee Review

I was hired in this company, as a Recruitment Associate few years back. Salary was too less. The boss, Paresh Shah, was too much irritating. He noticed each and every movement of an employee. Infact once my father came to pick me up, he saw from his window and went to receive him. He wanted to indulged in everyone's life, what's going on, who's married, etc. Even he and few of my colleagues gossiped about me unnecessarily. He was biased towards those who every moment praised him. Even they didn't performed well, still he gave them more preference. I felt I'm stuck there, once he called me up and said, that it's not working out. I happily left the job because, it was too much pain to stay with him and his so-called parrot colleagues who only listened to his nonsense talks.
