      1. Pathetic organisation with all cheap ppl around 2. No one has any skills in this organisation and does all useless work 3. The owner has no managerial skills and pretend to be the master of digital worl 4. A loss making firm with no clients

      Pros

      Being first employee of this company back in 2011, I have got to learn lot of things from scratch like developing and publishing web content on live web portals, developing live web portals based on WordPRess and Joomla CMS. Had fun with other colleagues at work. Good work-life balance. Good perks, benefits. Senior management was kind and helpful whenever anything needed.

      Cons

      2 Saturdays had to work initially when company was new :-) Work load was huge sometimes especially during go lives of the web sites.
