Management was enough to take this job from my favorite job I have ever had, to NEVER AGAIN. My supervisor was unhinged. First, she never showed up to my interview which was a horrible first impression of the company. Very unprofessional. Then on my second day of training ever, she got into a public screaming match with one of our garden managers to the point where we both had to go home early. When I reported such incidents to upper management, they did nothing. No trainee should have to go through that with zero support from upper management
