      Pros

      competitive salary and benefits. It is your dream job if your into finance, otherwise look somewhere else

      Cons

      hard work and a lot of it. you will be expected to work harder than all of your friends in whatever job they are doing. however, look around and you will realize that you are playing with the big boys now.

      Pros

      The founders are fun to be around and always work to create a fun work environment. The company pays well if you work and achieve your position goals. In general, Match Relevant sees technology as an advantage and invests in the tools needed for us to outpace our competitors.

      Cons

      They are great at selling their services, but need to balance out the sales with recruitment delivery.
