      Pros

      Pay and schedule was the only thing going for them.

      Cons

      They are sneaking will hire your replacement and train them and fie you but the company will know because the ADOs talk to certain employees and it gets around. Lack of support ended up working 7 days or more hours. Overall there are just not transparent or honest, the way they do is just not respond to any emails and fire good people.

      Pros

      Fast career growth, will get you on a good spot quickly if you are on their good side and performing.

      Cons

      Given that they have high turnover you will likely be short staffed and training will be minimal. Decisions change often and communication within leadership is not clear and often delayed.
