Not recommend - Server/Bartender Matchbox Restaurants Employee Review

Management doesn’t care about you. No real benefits for employees. The new GM is favoring men, especially those that speak the same language than him or from the same country. Lots of sexism and discrimination towards women. New GM cut hours out of nowhere, not even 10hrs a week. He was reported to the district and regional manager. Unfortunately nothing was done since the GM is friend with regional manager. Very disappointed to be treated as such after over a year working there.
