-Management didn't understand what I did in my niche job. -Extremely overworked, 8 hour shifts often would work 12-14hrs to get everything done.

My direct team mates are good and the new hospital environment is world class.

Not excited about the way I am spoken to or the general management of the situation. One particular Manager seems to default to shouting and bulling tactics. Far better if she remained calm and planned things out. This is making tasks far more stressful than needed. Seems to be a recognised and tolerated behaviour.
