With the exception of the owner/VP, the office people are very good to work with

Owner/VP worst Manager in history, He walks around looking to find things that people aren't doing the way he would- and publicly berates then. Everyone is constantly on pins & needles due to his aggression & constantly being under the threat of being fired. The most toxic hostile work environment I have witnessed in my long career!
