Pros
PTO, 401k Match, Work from Home (if you're into it), Good way to get your foot in the door as the hire non-technical folks for the analyst position, Pay is fair, they fly you out for the company meeting every other year, and you have the opportunity to make connections all across the US with clients.
Cons
Nepotism, social aspect is lacking (no fault of their own), On-call is horrible as its not only technical emergencies but password resets and people who need printers fixed for 3 hours at 4 am even though we don't sell printers (we handled more responsibility than our job should, as we were more responsive than internal IT), no promotions or formal SQL training which is essential to the position, and the job title would be more accurate as Application Analyst since we did much more than technical support would imply.
