Pros
Core values are real, all the way to the top. Work hard and you are rewarded through bonuses and advancement opportunities. Most managers are interested in growing their direct reports. Bonus program is consistent. Product is popular and relevant. Work/life balance is very important.
Cons
Salaries are on the low end compared to their competition. Decision making process can be a bit slow when everyone thinks they are negotiators. Work from home policy.
