I have only been with Matic for a short time and I am still in the training phase however, I do want to say that so far...everyone that I have met has been so welcoming and kind! Our Trainer is absolutely Awesome, she is truly dedicated and wants to see you succeed! Matic is huge on internal growth and they work with you to make sure you get to where you want/need to be. We just started on the phones this week and I am looking forward to see where my career takes me with Matic!

So far none...Benefits are great along with a home/life work balance and a wonderful culture, I am quite happy!
