Pros
Unlimited PTO, but you are often penalized by managers for using it. Full WFH flexibility. Solid pay if you’re meeting high quotas.
Cons
Extreme micro-management, I.E. having to ask to take a bathroom break. Sold everyone on fast paced growth and development but sent out memos that for promotions they were only looking externally. Extremely high turnover at all levels but especially at the manager levels. 9 direct managers in 12 months.
