      Pros

      I have had multiple consulting assignments over the years from them, working both individually and in teams. Every project I've done with them involved good competent people who knew how to build quality systems. They treat their consultants well and they manage to pull in some pretty cool jobs.

      Cons

      Only good experiences so far.

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
