I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my time at the company over the past year as an Assistant Video Editor. Cons
One challenge that I have faced at times is a lack of clear communication or feedback from management. While I appreciate the autonomy and trust that I have been given in my role, there have been occasions where I have not received clear guidance or feedback on my work. This has sometimes led to confusion or uncertainty about what is expected of me and how I can improve. I think that more frequent and constructive feedback from management would be helpful in ensuring that I am meeting expectations and can continue to grow and develop in my role.
