1. No work life balance, be ready to work like a slave. 2. They treat you like trash and expect you to be a loyal employee. 3. No proper training and expect you to do miracles to complete the task. 4. Only one or two experienced seniors in the team who are busy with their own work , you will get tired and frustrated asking them for help. 5. No matter how hard you work to complete the task they still expect more from you . 6. It really takes a toll on your mental health. I advice you to look for a better company even if it pays a less salary , just gain experience and you will get a high paying job in future. Please don't ruin your mental health working for this company.

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my time at the company over the past year as an Assistant Video Editor. Overall, I have had a positive experience and I am grateful for the opportunity to work here. In particular, I appreciate the company's support in helping me overcome my financial status. Before joining the company, I struggled to support myself and my family. However, with the stable income and benefits provided by this job, I have been able to contribute to my household and even help support my parents financially. This has been a huge relief for me and has improved my quality of life significantly. I also want to highlight the positive work environment and the opportunities for growth and learning that I have had during my time here. The team has been supportive and collaborative, and I have learned valuable skills that will benefit me in my career moving forward. Overall, I am happy with my job and the positive impact it has had on my life outside of work. While I appreciate the autonomy and trust that I have been given in my role, there have been occasions where I have not received clear guidance or feedback on my work. I think that more frequent and constructive feedback from management would be helpful in ensuring that I am meeting expectations and can continue to grow and develop in my role.
