1. Good benefits and gives quite a lot to staff. 2. Great colleagues in the company.
Cons
1. In a word, nepotism. A lot of the management are either biologically or politically related. This means the connections they have protects them, unless they did something really bad. 2. Depending on your department, the manager(s) can be really bad. You really should ask or talk to former employees of the dept to understand better.
