Nothing as such, its not pros, its a prison

Management is so worst Team leads are terrible No proper breaks No employee freedom Incentives can only seen on the papers not in real life, not even single employee recieved so far. So much politics. Treat you like a machine No proper facilities . Pantry seems like standing in ration line for coffee. So much micro management. No job security. You been monitarized even if you been for the restroom. They don't even hire you, if you are staying just 10 km away from office location, no HR team to listen your worries. They will push you to give good comments on social sites to improve their ratings. No proper clients but they will push you to achieve the targets. Prison is better than this company. This is the only recruiting company which has 3 months notice period, but they can fire you any time for any reason. Even in a pandemic they want us to risk our life and work from office, but no insurance. Please stay away from this place am your wellwisher.

Great place to work, where you have a best colleagues to help with, good environment with all positive thoughts.. joined matrix as a fresher where i got a good career growth and i would say that day by day i am learning new way of recruiting, shortly got promoted as well where my achievement proved to be its all because of Srinivas Sir, who is a director, he who groomed me since i joined matrix family.. Happy to be with Matrix Family, Much More to achieve
